How prices on Maison Palatial are set and shown, what happens if a price is wrong, and when the maison adjusts a price after purchase.
How prices are shown
Every price is shown in euros (EUR) and is the final price you pay: delivery is free on every order and nothing is added at checkout. Deliveries are made within the European Union, so no import duties or taxes are collected on delivery — the amount at checkout is the amount you pay. Prices can change without notice.
If a price is wrong
Despite our care, a price is occasionally displayed incorrectly. If the correct price of a piece you ordered is higher than the one shown, we contact you before processing so you can choose to go ahead or cancel. The maison may cancel an order placed at an incorrect price and refund it in full; no contract arises from a pricing error.
Price adjustments after purchase
If the maison lowers the price of a piece you have already bought, we credit the difference on request within 30 days of the shipment date. Email contact@maisonpalatial.com with your order number and the subject line “Price adjustment”.
- The reduction must be the maison's own, on the identical piece.
- One adjustment per piece.
- Requests generated by automated third-party services are not processed.
- Credits go back to the payment method used for the order.
