Delivery & Shipping

This page describes how an order travels from our Partners to your door, and what it costs. Questions at any point: contact@maisonpalatial.com (replies Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 Hong Kong Time). Maison Palatial sells online only; there are no stores or collection points.

Shipping Range

  • Delivery Area: We currently ship within Netherlands and Germany.
  • Future Expansion: We are considering expanding our delivery areas.

Shipping Costs

  • Delivery is free on every order: all orders travel by DHL Express at no charge.

Processing time

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders are confirmed by email immediately and dispatched from Italy within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders are not dispatched at weekends or on Italian public holidays; German and Dutch public holidays can add a day to delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 2–6 working days of your order. Deliveries are currently made to Germany and the Netherlands only (see Destinations).

We use the priority services of DHL Express.

Where your order comes from

Maison Palatial is operated by Green Little Planet Limited, a Hong Kong company with its office on Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan. The maison keeps no inventory of its own. Every piece comes from a Partner in our network — established luxury retailers and distributors, each admitted only after we had audited its business. Orders are dispatched from Italy, in the brand's own packaging as the house supplies it.

Authenticity and dispatch

Every Partner sources from the brands and their authorised distributors and guarantees the authenticity of each piece it dispatches; the maison stands behind that guarantee, as our Authenticity Guarantee page explains. Most orders are on their way within one to three working days of your order. We keep you informed whenever an order needs longer, and an order that has not yet been dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund at any point.

Destinations

At present we deliver to addresses in Germany and the Netherlands only; other destinations cannot be selected at checkout for now, and we will announce it here when that changes. Deliveries to PO boxes are not possible.

Duties and import taxes

Deliveries to Germany and the Netherlands travel within the European Union and carry no import duties or taxes. The price at checkout is final — the courier will not ask you for payment at the door. DHL Express usually asks for a signature on delivery.

Tracking

An order confirmation arrives by email immediately (check your spam folder if it does not); tracking follows as soon as the courier collects the parcel, usually within 1–3 working days of purchase. Larger orders may arrive as multiple tracked parcels.

Address changes and cancellations

If an address needs correcting, write to us at once — a parcel already dispatched cannot be redirected. Orders can be cancelled without charge at any time before dispatch; let us have your order number as soon as you can. Once a parcel is on its way, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
