OVERVIEW

Maison Palatial is the trading name of Green Little Planet Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, which operates this website (the "Site"). In these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "the maison", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Green Little Planet Limited. Maison Palatial is a marketplace for luxury fashion; the houses whose pieces appear on the Site have no connection with us and have not endorsed us, and every brand name and trademark belongs to its owner.

Using the Site — browsing, creating an account or placing an order — means you accept these Terms together with the policies they refer to: our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

SECTION 1 — ABOUT MAISON PALATIAL

Maison Palatial is an online marketplace through which new luxury clothing, footwear and accessories are offered by our Partners: established luxury distributors and retailers, each brought into our network after an audit and a full background check on the business. Whenever you order, your contract for the purchase of the product is formed with the supplying Partner, as Section 21 explains. Maison Palatial operates the Site, collects your payment and holds it for the Partner, organises dispatch and delivery, and remains your only point of contact for customer service, cancellations, returns and refunds.

Maison Palatial is operated by Green Little Planet Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (CR No. 3348257) with its office at 13/F, Emperor Hollywood Centre, 151 Hollywood Road, Sheung Wan. Our customer service team is in Hong Kong; orders are dispatched from Italy. We sell online only, with no physical stores.

Each Partner sources exclusively from the brands and their authorised distributors and guarantees the authenticity of every product it dispatches. What that guarantee covers is set out on our Authenticity Guarantee page.

SECTION 2 — ELIGIBILITY

To use the Site and place orders you confirm that you have reached the age of majority where you live, that you will use the Site and anything bought through it lawfully, and that the details you give us are true and complete. The maison may decline to serve anyone, at its discretion.

The Site sells to consumers buying for personal use. Unless the maison has agreed otherwise in writing, we do not supply dealers, resellers, distributors or brokers, nor agents buying on their behalf — in short, anyone whose purchase is intended for resale or for commercial redistribution (together, "Resellers"). A piece bought as a genuine personal gift is not a reseller purchase.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

The pieces on the Site are sold online only, and many exist in very limited numbers. We take care that colours, descriptions and specifications are shown faithfully, but screens differ and we cannot promise that a colour will appear on yours exactly as it does in person.

The maison may limit the quantity of any piece sold to a person, a household or a destination, and may withdraw a piece from the Site at any time. Descriptions and prices can change without notice.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices on the Site are shown in euros (EUR) and are final prices: delivery is free, and no taxes, duties or other charges are added at checkout or on delivery.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay; the options open to you appear at checkout after you enter your delivery country.

When you submit an order we run a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment method, and nothing is dispatched until the details you gave have been verified.

Every transaction is encrypted (SSL). Your full card number never reaches us; we receive only its last four digits together with your billing and delivery details.

The maison may correct a pricing error wherever it appears — on the Site, in an order confirmation, or elsewhere. Where the correct price of a piece you ordered is higher than the price shown, we contact you before processing so you can decide whether to proceed, and we may cancel an order placed at an incorrect price even after it has been confirmed, refunding it in full.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

An order placed on the Site is an offer to buy the piece at the price shown; the maison may accept or decline it.

An order can be cancelled without charge at any time before it has been dispatched, by emailing contact@maisonpalatial.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be recalled, but you can still withdraw from the purchase under our Returns & Refunds Policy: tell us at any time and we send the return label as soon as the parcel has reached you.

The maison may refuse or cancel an order where a piece is unavailable, where a product or price was shown in error, where a transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised, or where an order appears to come from a dealer, reseller or distributor. A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method without delay, at the latest within 14 days (usually 5–10 business days).

By ordering you confirm that the piece is for personal, non-commercial use by you or by the person you are giving it to. The maison may decline or cancel an order it reasonably believes to be a reseller purchase, refunding any amount already paid before dispatch. Where a purchase turns out — even after delivery — to have been made for resale, or its commercial purpose was concealed, that is a material breach of these Terms: the maison may close the account concerned and refuse future orders connected with it, so far as the law allows.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING

Our Delivery & Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. In short:

- Delivery is free on every order. The carrier is DHL Express.
- Orders are usually dispatched from Italy within one to three working days of your order.
- Typical door-to-door delivery is 2–6 working days to Germany and the Netherlands.
- Deliveries are made within the European Union, so no import duties or taxes are collected at delivery.
- We currently deliver to addresses in Germany and the Netherlands only; other destinations cannot be selected at checkout. Deliveries to PO boxes are not possible.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms. In short:

- Eligible pieces may be returned within 14 days, counted from the day after delivery. This applies to consumer purchases only: a reseller purchase is a business purchase and, once delivered, is final — no cancellation, return, exchange or refund — unless the law requires otherwise or the maison agrees in writing.
- Please return pieces unworn and as new, with tags and packaging; handling beyond what is needed to examine a piece may be deducted from the refund as loss in value.
- Return postage is deducted from the refund on a change-of-mind return; the maison pays it where a piece arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.
- Returns are checked within 2 business days of reaching our returns address in Italy and approved refunds go to the payment method you used within 14 days; allow your bank a further three to five business days to show the credit.

SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and everything on it — text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and software — belong to the maison or to those who supply content to it, and are protected by intellectual-property law. The brand names, logos and trademarks that appear on product pages belong to the houses concerned and serve only to identify the products listed on our Site; their appearance implies no affiliation, endorsement or partnership.

No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, sold, resold or otherwise exploited without the maison's written permission.

SECTION 9 — USER CONTENT

Should you send us reviews, comments, feedback or other material ("User Content"), you give the maison a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and distribute it in any medium. You confirm that your User Content is lawful, infringes nobody's rights, and is neither defamatory nor otherwise objectionable; we may review and remove User Content as we see fit.

SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Links on the Site may lead to websites or services that the maison neither owns nor controls. We take no responsibility for their content, their privacy practices or anything else about them — please read the terms of any third-party site before relying on it.

SECTION 11 — PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

The way we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

SECTION 12 — PROHIBITED USES

The Site may not be used for any unlawful purpose or to encourage unlawful acts; to breach any law or regulation; to infringe the intellectual-property rights of the maison or anyone else; to threaten, abuse or harass anyone, or to promote violence or discrimination; to give misleading or false information; to spread viruses, malware or any other harmful code; to gather or track other people's personal information without their consent; to send spam, phishing messages or other unsolicited communications; to interfere with or bypass the Site's security; or to scrape, crawl or otherwise access the Site by automated means without our written permission.

SECTION 13 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This section concerns the website and our service only; nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in respect of the goods you buy. The Site and our services are provided as they are and as available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, nor that information obtained through it is accurate or reliable.

SECTION 14 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

So far as the law allows, neither the maison nor its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers or service providers is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss — including lost profit, data or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or our services.

Our total liability for any claim connected with these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid the maison for the piece or service giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 15 — INDEMNIFICATION

You will indemnify and hold harmless the maison and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors and suppliers against any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense (reasonable legal fees included) that arises from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site or our services, or your infringement of any law or of a third party's rights.

SECTION 16 — SEVERABILITY

Should any part of these Terms prove unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part is treated as severed and the rest of the Terms stands.

SECTION 17 — TERMINATION

These Terms apply until either of us ends them: you may stop using the Site at any time, and the maison may suspend or end your access at any time and without notice, including for a breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature outlast termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnities and limits of liability among them — continue to apply.

SECTION 18 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, Delivery & Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, are the whole agreement between you and the maison about the Site and replace any earlier communication or understanding.

SECTION 19 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The maison may revise these Terms by publishing a new version on the Site; the "Last updated" date at the top shows when that last happened. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms, so please look them over from time to time.

SECTION 20 — GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms, and any purchase contract formed with a Partner through the Site, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live, and nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may bring any claim before the courts of the country in which you live, and any claim against you may only be brought there. All other disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Dispute resolution: the maison is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

SECTION 21 — PURCHASES FROM PARTNERS

(a) The Site, and the services these Terms describe, are provided by Green Little Planet Limited; the products on the Site come from our Partners.

(b) The purchase contract for a product is formed between you and the Partner supplying it. Maison Palatial collects your payment when you order and holds it for that Partner, releasing it to the Partner after the product reaches you.

(c) Every Partner is required to keep business policies that are consistent with these Terms, our Delivery & Shipping policy and our Returns & Refunds policy. Maison Palatial organises dispatch and delivery for every order, and deals with all customer service, cancellations, returns and refunds on the Partner's behalf. Should anything be wrong with a product, contact us: we resolve it with the Partner ourselves, and Partners are never contacted by customers directly.

(d) The details, descriptions and prices of products on the Site rely on information from our Partners. If we find that the price shown for something you ordered was wrong, we will tell you as soon as we can and let you choose between confirming the order at the correct price and cancelling it for a full refund.
