Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days, beginning the day after delivery, to return any eligible piece for a refund to the card or wallet you paid with. There is no restocking fee; on a change-of-mind return only the cost of the prepaid DHL label is deducted, and a defective, damaged or incorrect piece is refunded in full.

Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht / Herroepingsrecht)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us — Green Little Planet Limited (Maison Palatial) +852 7075 8013, contact@maisonpalatial.com — of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. We reimburse all payments received from you (delivery is free, so there are no delivery costs to reimburse) without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used; you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. Send the goods back to the returns address in Italy shown on the prepaid DHL label we provide, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods: the cost of the prepaid label — accessories €27, clothing €35, shoes €41, bags €48 — is deducted from your refund; it is waived where the piece is defective, damaged or incorrect. If you prefer to use a carrier of your own choice, write to us and we give you the returns address in Italy; you then pay that carrier and nothing is deducted. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

The return steps below are the quickest way to exercise this right; they do not add conditions to it.

Return Conditions

Please return pieces unworn, with all tags, dust bags, boxes and inclusions as received. Trying a piece on to check its size, fit and finish is always fine; if a piece comes back showing handling beyond that, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund and tell you the amount before refunding.

Returns apply to personal, non-commercial purchases. A piece bought for resale, or for commercial redistribution of any kind — whether or not that was mentioned when ordering — is final once delivered and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded, except where the law requires otherwise or the maison agrees in writing. Concealing an intention to resell creates no right to return; where the maison reasonably concludes that a purchase was for resale, it may refuse the return and decline future orders, so far as the law allows.

Cancelling before dispatch

An order can be cancelled without charge at any time before it has been dispatched, by emailing contact@maisonpalatial.com quoting your order number — so write to us as early as possible. The full amount goes back to your original payment method without delay, at the latest within 14 days of our confirmation (usually 5–10 business days). A parcel already on its way cannot be recalled, but you can still withdraw from the purchase: tell us at any time and we send the return label as soon as the parcel has reached you.

Return Instructions

Returns travel by courier only — the maison has no store or drop-off point. To keep your return prepaid and tracked, ask us for the label before sending anything — the steps below explain how.

Write to contact@maisonpalatial.com within the 14-day window with your order number, and photos if the piece arrived damaged or incorrect. A concern about a piece's authenticity is handled under our Authenticity Guarantee and can be raised at any time.
We confirm your return, with a prepaid DHL label, within two business days.
Hand the parcel to DHL with the prepaid label within 14 days of your return request (the label reaches you within two business days), addressed as shown on the label — our returns address in Italy, where your order left from.
The piece is checked within 2 business days of arrival and we confirm the outcome to you.
Your refund is issued within 14 days of the piece reaching our returns address in Italy — or of your DHL proof of dispatch, if you send that to us first — after which your bank may need three to five business days to show the credit.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by you: the cost of the prepaid label we provide — accessories €27, clothing €35, shoes €41, bags €48 — is deducted from your refund, and we confirm the amount before you send anything. Where we sent a defective or incorrect piece, or asked you to send a piece back for examination, the return is free and nothing is deducted.

Refund Policy

Refund confirmation: we check the piece within 2 business days of its arrival in Italy and email you when the refund has been sent; if a piece shows handling beyond what was needed to examine it, we tell you the deduction for loss in value first.
Processing Time: Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of the piece's arrival at our returns address in Italy, or of your proof of dispatch if you send that first. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Shipping charges on the original order

Delivery is free on every order, so there is no outbound postage to deduct. The cost of the return label is deducted on a change-of-mind return, as described above; it is waived when the return is the maison's responsibility — a defective, damaged or incorrect piece, or an examination we requested.

Legal guarantee

In addition to the 14-day return right, consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity from delivery: two years in Germany, and in the Netherlands for as long as the piece can reasonably be expected to last. If a piece is defective or not as described, write to contact@maisonpalatial.com: you may ask for repair or replacement and, where that is not possible, a price reduction or a full refund, free of charge. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
