John Lobb Tyne II Unlined Suede Loafers in Grey

Price€841
Size: 6
Color: Gray

Made in England by a house whose bootmaking name dates to 1849, the Tyne II reduces the loafer to soft suede, a raised apron seam and very little else. Left unlined, the suede rests directly against the foot and the shoe carries almost no weight.

  • Upper in soft grey suede, bound at the collar and along the apron with tonal smooth-leather trims
  • Raised, hand-stitched apron seam (the visible line of stitching that frames the front of the vamp), a nod to traditional shoemaking
  • Unlined construction for lightness, with a grained leather insole stamped with the house name
  • Blake-stitched Wheeling Flexi sole (the upper sewn directly to the sole for a slim, flexible line)
  • UK sizing
  • Made in England

It sits most naturally beneath pale cotton trousers and a navy unstructured blazer, worn sockless in warm weather.
